This position manages all aspects of the laboratory operation including profitability, personnel decisions, budgeting, customer interaction, and quality programs. This is a high production environment overseeing the activities of technicians, front office personnel and engineering staff. The successful applicant must maintain corporate required production and customer service levels, support sales efforts via development or implementation of new test capabilities and interact with and support production efforts of laboratory managers from other locations.
